International College Spain is urgently looking for a part time Norwegian Teacher to teach the MYP and DP curriculum from September 2019. International College Spain is a highly successful, growing school with a committed and inspirational team of teaching professionals at its heart. We follow the three IB Programmes throughout the school, IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the IB Diploma Programme (DP). As a non-selective school, we are proud that our students go on to some of the world’s top universities. Candidates should have native Norwegian level and be able to teach language and literature. As a qualified teacher, you will be a fluent English speaker and have experience of delivering the IB programme. You will be committed to developing personalised approaches to learning and experienced in the latest assessment methods. You will be an excellent communicator, who works in partnership with colleagues, students and parents to create a learning environment that delivers educational excellence. You will be keen to contribute to the ongoing development of our curriculum and will be an effective professional with outstanding subject knowledge and experience of teaching. You will be resilient and able to work in a fast paced timetable with positivity. You will hold a teaching degree. Number of classes depends on number of students each year. Experience of IB programs desirable.
